2024 Misty Meadows Women’s Herbal Conference Vendor Application

***In order to be a Vendor at the Misty Meadows Women’s Herbal Conference (MM-WHC) you and any assistants must be registered conference attendees.

**This is a juried event. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis beginning October 15, 2023, until the event reaches capacity. You will be notified within 60 days if you have been accepted. You will receive a contract link to pay your vendor fee on February 1, 2024, when tickets go on sale to the public, this link will include the vendor fee plus the cost of 1 registration to the event. Payment for both must be made simultaneously. Additional registrations will need be purchased separately. Payment is expected within 10 days after you receive your contract link. Spaces may not be held if payment is late.

Vendor space is very limited. Right now we have the capacity for 40 vendor spaces. *All spaces are 10x10, we will honor requests for additional spaces if they are available 60 days before the event date.

The price for a 10x10 vendor space will be $100. Additional spaces (if available will be $175).
